Your Library
- Point the app at any folder of DRM free books, local or in iCloud Drive
- Works with any folder Dropbox, Drive or OneDrive syncs into Files
- First launch builds a library for you and puts a sample book in it
- Every book in every subfolder is imported, however deep it sits
- An import button that takes EPUB, PDF and comics straight from Files
- Pick many files at once, with a progress banner you can cancel
- Drag books out of Files and drop them onto the app on iPad
- Open in justRead from Files, Mail, Safari or any share sheet
- Pull to refresh rescans the folder and picks up what changed

Reading

Comics & Manga

Audiobooks

Read Aloud & Narration
- Read Aloud speaks any EPUB or PDF that has no narration of its own

- The sentence being read is highlighted, the current word underlined

- Speed from 0.75x to 2x, with a sleep timer for the evening
- It keeps playing in the background, with Lock Screen controls

Typography
- System fonts plus any font you import, searchable in the picker
- Import .ttf and .otf files, or a whole .zip of font families
- Add or remove custom fonts from inside the reader
- A weight slider that marks the weights the font really has
- Single weight fonts get a synthesized one, so the slider still works
