- **Calibre Library Sync**: Connect directly to your Calibre library and sync your entire collection. The only iOS reader with native Calibre integration.
- **Cloud Folder Support**: Point justRead at any folder your iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive app syncs into the iOS Files app. There are no native cloud connectors; the folder stays the source of truth.
- **Comics and Manga**: CBZ and CBR archives, single page, two-page spread or Auto, pinch and double-tap-to-3x zoom, a grid of page thumbnails, and reading direction Auto, left to right or right to left. Manga carrying a ComicInfo.xml opens right to left with nothing set.
- **Audiobooks**: m4b, mp3, m4a, aac and flac, plus .audiobook and .zab packages, as a single file or a folder of chapter files. Chapter list, 0.75x to 2x speed, skip forward 30 and back 15 seconds, sleep timer, per-audiobook bookmarks, Car Mode, and Lock Screen and Control Center controls.

- **Reading Statistics & Streaks**: Track reading time and sessions, and keep a streak for every day you hit your daily goal. Comics count, PDFs count, and listening to an audiobook counts too.

## What justRead Does Not Do

- No Apple Pencil markup, freehand ink or PDF page editing.
- No text highlights, in-book search or metadata editing on a comic.
- Read Aloud works on EPUB, not on PDF or comics.
